#444 Domestication station.

Because Ben worked hard outside in the yard with my dad today, I thought it my duty to be a good wife and cook something for him. Meatless again, we had vegetable lasagna—which was surprisingly filling:

And just because the mood struck me, cupcakes with coconut frosting:
I’m learning that Italian food is the easiest way to go when cooking without meat. There are so many options! He’s lost 11 pounds since Ash Wednesday so that’s one positive that’s making his break-up with meat a little less devastating.
