#2,352 Small Town.

We went out to the country tonight to the little grocery gas station I grew up going to because Friday night is steak night.

In the rural south, the gas station in the country is everything: the butcher shop, the steak house, fresh silver queen corn, Blackburn Syrup, spaghetti noodles, fried pies.

On the way back into town, the sky combined with this song on the radio made me feel distinctly happy to live in a small town.
