On Sunday I got a bite of a burger at Jim and Mal’s on our way out to my parents and I haven’t been able to forget how delicious it was. He makes super thin patties from Knight Butcher ground beef with his secret marinade, then when they’re almost done, melts slices of Mississippi State edam cheese on top, then serves them on buttered and grilled buns and I decided then and there it was the greatest burger ever. Tonight we got a repeat and had them for dinner on their patio and it was just as good as I thought. It’s that dang cheese!
